Exercise 3: Decline Push-Up
A decline push-up is the basic push-up but its more work upper body like a chest, triceps, and bicep. You can perform by placing your feet higher than your hands. You can keep your feet bench high of your workout using just your body weight. This decline push-up builds your upper muscular.
How to do it? Step 1: You need crawling position on the ground or a parallel surface. Step 2: Push your legs back and on top of the raised surface behind. Put your legs up on the raised surface one at a time. Step 3: Ensure your palms are below your shoulders and not further ahead. Body should be aligned straight from the ankles to the shoulders with the middle part or any other part of the body not sinking down. The hands or palms should be shoulder-width apart and the elbows adequately extended, but not too extended to avoid reducing the height between your shoulders and palms. Step 4: Push down. At the lowest position look up slightly to maintain a straight alignment with the torso. Do not bend the head up too much to strain the neck and distort alignment. Step 5: Then, push up gently. Ensure that the elbows do not lock up at the top position, keep them slightly bent.
Exercise 5: Spinal Flex Style
The Spinal Flex Sit with your legs crossed, holding onto your knees. keep your arms relax onto your two side. Pull your back behind as much as you can and Inhale deeply, then exhale forward slowly. Do this 12 times and switch other leg same way
Exercise (6) Sit-ups:
Step1. Hit the deck with your legs bent and your soles one the floor. Step 2. Lie with your hands behind your head or straight up in front of you. Look up at the ceiling and push your back into the floor. Step 3. Tense your abs as you lift yourself all the way up. Step 4. Keep your elbows back and your chin in place without jutting forward. Step 5. Reverse the move slowly back to the floor.
